Bihar CM Nitish Kumar resigns and breaks alliance with BJP

JDU Chief and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar met with state governor Phagu Chauhan at 4 p.m. today. He resigned as the Chief Minister of the state and broke the alliance with the NDA. He is likely to form a government with RJD MLAs in the state.

18 ministers take oath in Maharashtra

The Eknath Shinde-led Maharashtra government announced its cabinet today with 18 ministers taking the oath. 9 ministers from BJP and 9 from rebel Shiv Sena have been sworn-in today. The 2nd expansion of the cabinet is likely to take place in September.

12th edition of Defense Expo to be held in Gujarat Gandhinagar

The Ministry of Defense announced that the 12th edition of the Defense Expo, India flagship exhibition on Land, Naval, and Homeland Security systems, will be held in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The event will be held between October 18 and 22, 2022. The theme for this edition is ‘Path to Pride’ invoking nationalistic pride and encouraging citizens to partake in nation-building through establishing a capable indigenous Defense industry.

Indo-Israel Center of Excellence for Vegetables inaugurated

Three Centers of Excellence have been established in Karnataka under the Indo-Israel Agricultural Project. Ceasefire Between Israel and Palestine

After three days of violence between Israel and Palestine, which resulted in the killing of dozens of populations in both countries, a ceasefire took place recently.
