Which is an extra-constitutional body?

An extra-const it utional agency or department is not specifically provided for by the Constitution, but one that nevertheless exists and has been held to be constitutional. The Planning Commission is an extra constitutionalbody. The Planning Commission does not derive its creation from either the Constitution or statute, but is an arm of the Central/Union Government.
