Lactam lactim tautomerism is a Tautomer containing the carbonyl group (CO) is designated as keto or #8220;lactam#8221; form and the other one having hydroxy group (-OH) attached to a double bonded carbon atom is refered as enol or #8220;Lactim#8221; form. This kind of tautomerism is called as #8220;LACTAM-LACTIM#8221; tauto-merism.
